Audio and Video Access

SaxoTools may request access to your device's microphone and camera to analyze and process musical performances upon user request. Audio recordings are used for note recognition, performance evaluation, and progress tracking purposes. Video recordings may be used for enhanced learning experiences and performance analysis.

Your audio and video recordings are securely stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 cloud infrastructure to enable personalized feedback, progress tracking, and improved learning experiences. These recordings are encrypted during transmission and storage, and are retained only for the duration necessary to provide our services.

You maintain control over your recordings and can request their deletion at any time through your account settings. We implement strict access controls and security measures to protect your audio and video data.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SaxoTools only for lawful purposes and refrain from any misuse that could harm other users or interfere with the functionality of SaxoTools. You are responsible for ensuring that any audio or video content you record through the application does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights.

Unauthorized or fraudulent activity, uploading inappropriate content, or any action that could damage or disrupt SaxoTools, may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these terms.

Termination

You may cancel your SaxoTools subscription at any time through your account settings. If canceled, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months or unused subscription periods.

Upon account termination, your audio and video recordings will be retained for 30 days to allow for account reactivation, after which they will be permanently deleted from our systems unless legally required to be retained for longer periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any unauthorized or abusive use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

SaxoTools is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use SaxoTools, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.

Intellectual Property

SaxoTools and all related content are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for personal use. Any modification, reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the content or software is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

SaxoTools reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the app following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law
