Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
SaxoTools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website, application, and related services to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement and how affected users may submit a counter-notification when they believe material was removed or disabled by mistake.
This process is intended to address copyright complaints, including notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable. It does not limit any rights, defenses, or remedies available under applicable law.
Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you believe material available through SaxoTools infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:
SaxoTools Copyright Contact
Email:
contact@saxotools.com
To help us review your notice quickly, please include all of the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if your notice covers multiple works.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it. Helpful details may include a URL, account name, song title, upload identifier, screenshot, or any other location information available to you.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
After receiving a complete notice, SaxoTools may remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected user when appropriate, request additional information, and take other steps we consider necessary to address the complaint.
SaxoTools may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly the subject of valid copyright complaints.
Counter-Notification
If material you posted or stored through SaxoTools was removed or disabled and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to contact@saxotools.com.
Please include:
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court for your address, or, if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where SaxoTools may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed or disabled material after 10 business days and no later than 14 business days after forwarding the counter-notification to the original complainant, unless the complainant tells us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
False or Abusive Notices
Please make sure your notice or counter-notification is accurate. False, misleading, or abusive submissions may expose you to legal liability and may lead SaxoTools to restrict access to our services.
